Billing dates

When you will receive your bill

We will send you a bill each month.

Direct debit dates

Direct Debits will be claimed on the date shown on your bill or just after.  You can find this date on the front page of your bill, click for an example here.

Payment due dates

Our bills are payable on receipt, however the date that payment is required by will be indicated on the front page of your bill and you should pay your bill by this date to avoid late payment fees.

Please note that any outstanding charges from previous bills should be paid immediately when you receive your bill, not by the current bill's due by date.


When your calls will be charged

Call charges are billed one month in arrears for the previous months use.

Please be aware that for mobile services there can be a delay in us receiving your roaming usage from our roaming partners, so you may not see these on your bill straight away. They will however be charged to your next bill as soon as they are available.
