Changing your details
Sign up to, change or cancel a service
If you would like to change or cancel your current contract for a landline service please visit my account. Please be aware that a new line will only show in the directory subject to the connection date. If the paper directory deadline has passed the new number will not be included until the following year, however our online directory is updated regularly so your number should appear online before the release of the paper directory.

If you would like to change your direct debit or bank details please call us on 01481 700700 and we can update your account.
