Set up direct debit

If you would like to be able to view your bills online with no need to worry about missing a bill payment, we recommend that you sign up to direct debit. You can pay for your landline, broadband and Pay Monthly mobile plan via direct debit and can have all of your services merged in to a single bill if you prefer. Direct debits are usually collected near the end of the month on or just after the due date stated on your bill.

If you would like to sign up for Direct Debit please complete and return this Direct Debit form (PDF). When this has been enabled you can login to your my account. You will be able to sign in using the details you have registered and manage your billing via the Billing tab.
