View the directory closing dates

A new directory is printed every year with the latest updates and is usually released in March or early April each year. Please ensure that your details are up to date by the closing date on 1st December or they will not be included in this year's paper directory. Our online directory is updated regularly however, so any new listing will appear online before the new paper directory is released.

Closing date for all new or cancelled entries and amendments for the 2012 directory is December 1st 2011.

Enhanced and classified entries will automatically continue on to the following year and be charged accordingly unless we are informed of any change. Please ensure that you inform us of any changes by 1st December 2011.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

If you miss the December 1st 2011 deadline for the 2012 directory, you can still submit any new listings, enhancements or amendments and they will be updated in the online version of the directory. Although your amendment will not be included in the 2012 print of the paper directory, the online directory version is regularly updated from our database.

As you only pay to enhance your listing in the paper directory per year, the speed at which the online directory is updated means that you get an enhanced or amended online listing from the time your request is processed, not from the printing of the next directory.
