Why an engineer may need to call

If you need one of our customer engineers to visit, you may be charged:

• If the fault is with our external cabling we will of course repair it free of charge, within working hours.
• If the fault lies in the wiring of your home you will incur a call out charge of £49. This initial onsite charge includes call out and up to 40 minutes work, part of which may involve off-site work of investigation & preparation. Extra work is charged in periods of one hour plus the cost of any additional equipment. This charges rises to £74 per hour outside of office hours.
