Paying your broadband bill

Query a bill

If you have a query about a bill please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page or by calling 07624 247 247.

How you can pay your bill

  • Direct debit
  • At the Post Office
  • By phone
  • At our shops
  • By post
  • Online

When you first sign a contract with Sure you can opt to pay by direct debit or alternatively you pay by any of the above methods. The preferred method is via direct debit, which eliminates the risk of late payment fees and is usually more convenient for customers.

Sign up to pay by direct debit

If you would like to sign up by direct debit please download a Direct Debit form, fill it in and post it to us, or email a scanned copy to us at talk@surecw.com. Forms are also available in our shops or if you call us we can send to you in the post. Direct debits are usually collected near the end of the month on or just after the due date stated on your bill.

Late payment charges

Late payment fees have been introduced to minimise the cost incurred by chasing up late bill payments.  Bills are sent out each month and we suggest you complete a direct debit instruction to pay, If you do not have Direct Debit set up the date payment is required by will be indicated on the front page of your bill and you should pay your bill by this date to avoid late payment fees.
