How to top up your phone
- Dial *#100# or 178 to check your balance
Online
Simply visit the top up page to top up using a credit or debit card. When you register to top up you will be able to set an auto top up value which will be the amount that will automatically be added to your account when you use our text top up service.

By text
You can text a top up request to us, all you need to do is register on the top up page. You will be able to set an auto top up amount between £5 and £100 which will then be the amount that your account will top up by whenever you request a top up by text. When you want to top up you simply send a text to 101 in this format:
i.e. Buy <your top up PIN> <Your registered card's security code>

By phone
Dial 177 (local only) free from your mobile to top up paying by card using our automated system.

Please note that if you call 07624 247 247, you can top up any phone you would like, not just the one that you are calling from. You can even call from abroad on +447624247247 to top up with a credit or debit card.

In store
Top up in store at the service counter or by buying a top up voucher.
At a top up dealer
You can top up your mobile at many supermarkets, stores and garages in the island. Keep an eye out for our yellow top up here stickers. There are also top up stations available at the airport and in our shops.

To see how many free minutes or texts you have left simply dial *#100# and a text response will show you your remaining free credit as well as your normal credit. Unfortunately the text response will not show you the free data allocation you have remaining. To find out how much data you have left as well please dial 178 to hear your remaining balance of texts, calls and data.
Forgotten top up login details
If you have forgotten your top up login details simply go to the online top up web page and click on the forgot password or forgot username link. We will then be able to send you and email with your details.
No credit? Tell someone to call you by free text
If you've run out of credit and you need someone to call you back, you can send a 'please call me' message to them for free. Simply send a text to 101 starting the message with the letters pcm (please call me), followed by the phone number of the person you want to call you.
eg: pcm 07781******
You'll then get a text confirmation that the message has been sent. The number you have requested will receive a text telling asking them to call you back. This service is free, however it will only work if you have £0.00 credit and only sending a please call me message to a Sure number.
