Request to receive paper bills

If you currently receive online online bills and would like to receive a paper copy each month, please contact us on 0808 10 15 247 or email us via the contact form at the bottom of this page. You can request a one off itemised paper bill when you contact us if you do not want all of your future bills to be sent on paper.

Request to receive itemised bills

Itemised bills require significantly more paper, however we do understand that you might require this option. We offer itemisation with your bill free of charge, please call us on 0808 10 15 247 if you would like to receive this with your bill.   You can request a one-off itemisation which has an administration fee of £5 per itemisation requested.

If you do require itemisation each month, you can choose the level of itemisation, depending on how much detail you would like to see on your bill. You can itemise in the following increments:

• Calls over 20p
• Calls over £1.00
• All calls, texts and data (including free usage)
