When you first sign a contract with Sure you can opt to pay by direct debit or alternatively you pay by any of the above methods. The preferred method is via direct debit, which eliminates the risk of late payment fees and is usually more convenient for customers.
Sign up to pay by direct debit
If you would like to sign up by direct debit please download a Direct Debit form, fill it in and post it to us, or email a scanned copy to us at hello@surecw.com. Forms are also available in our shops or if you call us we can send to you in the post. Direct debits are usually collected near the end of the month on or just after the due date stated on your bill.
Pay your bill by post
To pay by post simply tear off the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and enclose it with a cheque made payable to Cable and Wireless Jersey Limited and send it to:

If you require a receipt please enclose a stamped self addressed envelope.
Pay your bill at the post office
You can pay your bill at the post office. Simply take your bill in with a form of photo ID to be able to pay your bill. Post offices can only accept full bill payment by cash, card and cheques.
Pay your bill by phone
You can pay your bill by calling our customer services on 0808 10 15 247 any time 24/7 to pay your bill by credit or debit card. Please have your account number and bill reference number to hand which is printed at the top of your bill. Please note that we can only accept the full amount of the bill by card and accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro cards.
Pay your bill in store
You can pay your bill at any Sure store. Simply bring in the pay slip at the bottom of your bill with a form of ID to pay by card, cash or cheque.
Payment difficulties

Change your bank details
If you would like to change your direct debit or bank details please call us on 0808 10 15 247 and we can update your account.
Set up direct debit
If you would like to be able to view your bills online with no need to worry about missing a bill payment, we recommend that you sign up to direct debit. You can pay for your broadband and Pay Monthly mobile plan via direct debit and can have all of your services merged in to a single bill if you prefer. Direct debits are usually collected near the end of the month on or just after the due date stated on your bill.
If you would like to sign up for Direct Debit please complete and return this Direct Debit form (PDF). When this has been enabled you can login to your my account. You will be able to sign in using the details you have registered and manage your billing in your account area.
