Receiving your first bill
Welcome to Sure! If you have signed up to a monthly contract with one or more of our services, you will be sent a paper bill in the post each month with your rental and usage charges. Bills are sent out each month and we suggest you complete a direct debit instruction to pay, if not the date payment is required by will be indicated on the front page of your bill and you should pay your bill by this date to avoid late payment fees.
New customers will automatically receive a paper bill each month by default. If you would like to stop paper bills and help us to save paper, please call us on 0808 10 15 247 for more information about viewing your bills online. The preferred payment method is by Direct Debit but you can also pay by phone, post, in our shops or at the Post Office. Online payment of bills is not currently available, but we are looking to offer this service in the future.
How you will be billed
Customers are billed monthly. Rentals for fixed, broadband or mobile service are charged for the current month in advance. Usage charges for these services are charged in arrears for the previous month's use.
Receiving your final bill
If you decide to cease a contract or service with us or do not renew your contract, you will receive a final bill from us that will need to be paid by the due dates stated on the front page. If you pay by direct debit, please leave your direct debit in place with your bank until after the final bill amount has been collected, we will ensure that no further claims are made after the final amount has been collected.
