Forgotten mobile access PIN
If you have forgotten your access PIN and enter it incorrectly three times, you will be asked to enter the phone's PUK code. The PUK code is an 8 digit number that you should have been given when you first purchased your phone. If you have lost this information, you can call us on 0808 10 15 247 and we can look up your PUK code on our system.
