Change your Sure friends

You can change your three friends every 30 days, simply visit the Sure Friends page. You only need to get a code for Sure Friends if you are setting it up for the first time. You will need the email address and password that you signed up to Sure Friends with.

When Sure Friends is valid

You will get free calls and texts to your Sure Friends only when connected to the Sure network in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

If you are roaming you will be charged to send texts or make calls to your Sure Friends. Likewise if your Sure Friend is abroad but you are connected to the Sure network, you will still be able to send texts to them and make calls to them free, however your Sure Friend will be charged to receive calls. Texts are still free to receive if your Sure Friend is abroad.

Standard call charges will apply if you make a call or send a text to or from a number outside of a Sure Network. Sure Friends has a fair usage policy of 2 hours of calls and 2,000 texts per day to your Sure friends and once this quota has been reached, standard call charges apply.
